Leaving Singapore with consumer drone
Personal consumer drones (DJI Mini/Mavic class) are generally exportable from Singapore as consumer electronics. Higher-performance drones (extended range, heavy payload, thermal imaging) may fall under dual-use export controls (Wassenaar Arrangement implementations). The sharper constraint is destination-side: many countries require registration or permits for drone import and several prohibit it at various times — verify the arrival rule for the same route before travelling. Batteries follow cabin-carriage lithium rules.
Apply for CAAS permit well in advance. Most of Singapore is restricted airspace.

Air Navigation Act, Unmanned Aircraft (Public Safety and Security) Act
This page covers destination customs rules in Singapore. Whether you can carry consumer drone through security, in carry-on, or in checked baggage depends on airline and screening rules — see air travel rules.
Consumer Drone is classified under Class 9 — Miscellaneous dangerous goods. Cabin and checked-baggage rules apply on top of any destination regulation.
