Validate your CN22 / CN23 fields before you post. The helper flags vague descriptions, missing weights, undervaluation, missing HS codes, and gift-relief misuse patterns. We do not submit anything — paste the corrected data into your postal operator's form.
Below ~USD 300 the small green CN22 sticker is sufficient. Above 300, switch to CN23.
- Add a specific description — vague descriptions cause the most parcel holds.
- Set a value greater than zero. Even gifts must declare fair market value.
- Add a weight — postal operators reject parcels without weight on the declaration.
- Sender full name + address (top-left)
- Recipient full name + address (centre / right)
- Form type: CN22
- Specific item description, not generic
- Quantity per line item
- Net weight per item (excluding packaging)
- Value per line + total value
- Country of origin per line item
- Tick the truthful category (gift / sale / sample / etc.)
- Sender signature + date
