Leaving Canada with testosterone
Testosterone and other anabolic steroids are controlled substances in most jurisdictions (US Schedule III; UK Class C; equivalents elsewhere) under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act; Precursor Control Regulations framework. Personal-use quantities for legitimate hormone therapy, accompanied by the prescription and doctor's letter, are generally permitted for export from Canada. Injectable formulations should stay in pharmacy packaging with needles documented. Quantities beyond personal-use supply are treated as trafficking; a Health Canada authorisation for above-schedule quantities is required for above-personal quantities.
Carry prescription and doctor letter. Keep in original packaging.
