Adderall (mixed amphetamine salts) is a Class A controlled drug in Singapore under the Misuse of Drugs Act. Personal-use import requires Health Sciences Authority approval at least 10 working days before arrival, supported by a doctor's letter, prescription, and the application via the HSA online portal. Quantities are capped at a 30-day supply. Bringing Adderall without HSA approval is treated as drug trafficking and carries minimum 5-year imprisonment plus caning.

At the airport
- Adderall (amphetamine salts) is a Class A drug in Singapore. If you arrive with it, proceed to the Red Channel at Changi immediately.
- Declare the medication to the CNB/Customs officer and present your home-country prescription and any supporting medical documentation.
- Expect the medication to be confiscated and a formal statement taken. You may be arrested under the Misuse of Drugs Act. Contact your embassy immediately.

Adderall is a Schedule II controlled substance in the US and equivalent schedules in most other jurisdictions. Personal-use quantities (typically a 30-90 day supply) accompanied by the prescription and doctor's letter are generally permitted for export under Misuse of Drugs Act 1973; HSA personal-export permit. Above these limits, an HSA personal export permit is required in advance. Travellers should note that some destination countries (Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, UAE, Saudi Arabia among others) restrict Adderall import even when export is permitted from the origin — always verify the destination-side rules independently.
