Singapore's Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act prohibits the import, distribution, and postal dispatch of all e-cigarettes, vape pods, and e-liquids. SingPost intercepts incoming international parcels; devices found are seized and the recipient receives a Notice of Seizure. Penalty: fine up to SGD 10,000 for first offence, SGD 20,000 for subsequent offences. Travelers who post devices to Singapore from abroad and then re-enter face the same prosecution risk.
Do not carry, post, or import e-cigarettes, pods, or e-liquid into Singapore. Singapore Customs screens for vape devices at all ports of entry; seizure plus statutory penalty applies. If discovered already in country, surrender the device at the customs Red Channel and depart promptly.
