Switzerland requires drones to be registered with the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA). Switzerland is not in the EU but has adopted equivalent drone regulations. No-fly zones include airports, military areas, and near the federal parliament. Maximum altitude 120m. Strict rules near Alpine peaks and glaciers. Enforcement in Switzerland carries fines from CHF 100 to CHF 50,000 under Zollgesetz (SR 631.0) Art. 118; Verwaltungsstrafrecht Art. 6 (typical personal cases are handled as civil infringements).
