This category includes various types of slag and ash not listed elsewhere in the chapter, as well as ash and residues resulting from the burning of municipal waste. It also specifically covers seaweed ash, commonly known as kelp. One group consists of general slag and ash along with residues from municipal waste incineration. The other group contains the remaining slag and ash, including seaweed ash, but explicitly excludes those from municipal waste incineration.
